The relationship between the reasons for these two molding methods produce internal stress, internal stress and forming parameters, and improved molding method, measures to reduce internal stress. Theoretical analysis given the formula of the internal stress of the steel pipe less than the amount of molding, and the internal stress of the deck forming the actual measurement of spiral steel pipe, verify that the internal stress of the correctness of the formula given in the spiral steel pipe production and application of guiding significance
